The sooner you book, the better! Our schedule fills up quickly, and we book on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you have the best selection of dates and times for your photoshoot, we recommend securing your reservation early. Aim to book prior to your intended departure date to guarantee a wide selection.

A photo costs between $9 and $35USD, depending on the number of photos you purchase. To give you a rough idea, a 10 Pack is $250USD, a 30 pack is $600USD, and a Full Pack (>100 photos) is $1,500USD.

If you're staying in one of our partner hotels*, the session is free and there is no purchase obligation. If you are not, then we require a deposit when booking your photoshoot. This amount will count towards your final purchase.

Whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable!  Bright colourful clothes always look great on photos. Keep in mind that your clothes may get wet, as the sessions tend to end in or near the ocean.

Our sessions are a great experience for the family to do together. Our photographers have years of experience with kids and will to make them laugh, run, and have fun!

To do our part for the environment, you will receive your selected high quality photos as digital files both on a custom USB and in your personal online gallery.

If you want physical memories, you can turn your photos into luxury books, or canvases and prints via your online gallery. They get delivered straight to your home!

Typically your photos will be delivered to you on a luxury USB within 24 hours. You will also receive your photos via your online gallery a few days following your session.

Yes! You can transform your digital memories into luxury photo albums. You can also order canvases and prints directly from your private online gallery. The best part? They'll be delivered straight to your doorstep, ready to be admired on your return from your unforgettable vacation.

All our professional photographers are highly trained in our Academy to the highest of standards in photography. They all have last generation equipment, speak perfect English and Spanish, and will make you feel confident and comfortable during your session. They’ll give you a great experience! Absolutely! Our Reels are an exciting new service we provide to create a short video of your special vacation moments!

You receive an edited video of your photoshoot with us, as well as all the raw videos we took so that you can create your own as you please.

As Reels are filmed and created by our dedicated Reels experts, this service must be booked and paid for in advance. The price is $120USD.

Usually our Lifestyle photoshoots take place in your hotel.

We can do a session outside of your hotel too. You can request a location or we have a list of stunning beaches we can take you to for beautiful photos (yes we pick you up and drive you back to your hotel!)

We do! You can now also book drone photography to have extraordinary aerial photos of your vacation. Prepare to be amazed!

Other than magical vacation memories, Lifestyle also includes engagement photography, pregnancy shoots, baby gender reveals, anniversaries, or any happy occasion you want to capture on camera!

If you want bigger photoshoots for bachelorette parties or yacht trips for example, you can also hire us for longer than 45-minutes. Just get in touch!

If your photoshoot is taking place in your hotel, we can still take fantastic photos indoors, highlighting the beauty of your chosen resort. Usually, rain doesn't last too long so we can usually also get a few shots outdoors and on the beach. It's worth mentioning that gray days also make for beautiful photos!

If your session is taking place outside of your hotel, we'll offer the possibility to reschedule your shoot or offer a replacement location. Again, rain usually subsides pretty quickly so it might still work out!

Not to worry, we've got you! We'll suggest the perfect alternative location for your photoshoot from the endless stunning locations in Mexico. We'll even pick you up and drive you back to your hotel post session. Rest assured that we're here to make your photography experience 5-star and stress-free from start to finish.

Yes. You can change your booking directly on your booking confirmation email. You can also cancel your booking free of charge up to 6 hours before.

If you paid a deposit, your refund will be processed within 3 days of cancelling your booking. Since it's an international transfer, please note that it may take up to 7 business days to see the money in your account.
